MOADEfy access matrix (Tool · Team · Task)
MOADEfy aligns Tool, Team, and Task. Job specs require Training → Coaching (mentor roster) → Self-managed contract before full tool access. Claim pool: half ideal = 100% commission, then same-profile broadcast 70/30, then AI fallback. Half project timeline funds tools, commissions, growth.

What is MOADEfy?
MOADEfy is the systemic alignment of three vertices so humans deliver work with the right tools, at the right competence, on the right schedule:
- Tool — BusinesSite platform, ethical AI, device, technology, eShop, support desk, PM, domain, payments
- Team — internal and external humans; permissions only after job-spec confirmation
- Task — schedule, rewards, penalties, compliance, costing — including the claim-pool half-time rules
Architecture: MOADEfy model process (X).
Job-spec path (permissions)
- Trained? OJT / WIL / classroom / AI-assisted — if not, training is scheduled
- Coached? Mentor assigned from the roster on a live task that implements the spec — if not, wait on the roster
- Contracted? Self-managed delivery with minimal / no supervision
Backend: People → Access matrix / job specs · Competency · Training · Coaching · MOADEfy Tools.
Claim pool economics
| Stage | Rule | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Solo 100% | Complete by half ideal task time | 100% to claimer |
| Broadcast | Half ideal elapsed | Claim lost; same-profile team notified |
| 70 / 30 | Teammate finishes within half of remaining time | 70% completer · 30% original |
| AI fallback | Team fails post-broadcast window | AI may complete; no human commission |
Project target: complete work in half the project timeline so half the budget funds tool services, annual commissions, and growth.
